The primary use of disposable email websites TTBOMK is for receiving email, not sending. Typically used for one-time events where an email address is required by the site and you know they'll spam you back to the stone age and sell your address to anyone and everyone.

Using a disposable email to buy tickets to a single concert where Ticketmaster is the only choice, as a mild example.
