Nic, Orange has a concurrent connection limit of 3, but some of their MTAs sit behind a NAT and have multiple external IPs. We've had to set our concurrent connections to 1, which has helped immensely. If that doesn't work out, drop me a line and I'll see if I can get a better contact for you.
