Follow-up: My NDR was scheduled to be delivered on Sunday, the email was
delivered sometime between Friday evening and then.  All appears well
sending from 365 and Hotmail/Outlook sides.  Thank you if someone nudged
something.  We did find and correct an issue on a specific outbound
configuration, but nothing changed on the receive side.
