Have you tried doing a traceroute to it? :) Every so often we need to (re-)?explain this. That block, 25/8, is not in fact announced by anyone. Not the UK Ministry of Defense. Not Microsoft. Not Nobody.
And at some point, there was a discussion, and it was agreed by some people, exactly who is unclear to me, that they were NOT going to do a BGP announcement for it ever, so it became a de facto equivalent to 10/8. And since over here, all the 10/8 space was exhausted ( ! ), the decision was made to start using that space as non-routable local addresses, and thus the headers below. The solution, of course, is IPv6. But reconfiguring 16,222,216 network devices takes time. I am assured by those working the issue that they are working on it as fast as they can.
