No, not unless they contain the same emails.

Think of it as a filter. The first one looks at any “From” header. The second 
one only looks at a “From” header if the address belongs to a correspondent 
(and not you). It's the opposite of “Identity”. It's a way to hook into what 
MailMate knows about which email addresses belong to you. There's also a 
Correspondent message list column which will show you From or To based on which 
one does not belong to you.
