Thanks so much! I've shut off the other mail clients until this problem can be solved.
As you suggested, I used the "take account online" function, which turned the source account back from red to black, and all the folders underneath back to black from gray. (Thanks, again!) However, though I can still send, the inbox does not download incoming mail. And as the source account was trying to refresh, the following message popped up: [begin pop-up] IMAP problem for "k...@kenpope.com" account MailMate encountered the following error: "Warning: Non-standard response treated like NO (response: "Disconnected for inactivity.", command: "").". Mailbox: "INBOX/Sent". Retry Take Account Offline Try Later [end pop-up] Any further steps I could take to solve the problem?
