Capslock with semicolon and caps lock with apostrophe for the PC and JAWS cursors. Capslock with left and right brackets for the routing of cursors. They should be the keys documented for the lap top layout. If none of them are working then I'm wondering if something is wrong with the configuration of your caps lock key. You should, for example, be able to press caps lock J to get the JAWS menu. Is that one working just as a test? If some are and some aren't, then we've got a Mac conflict going and will have to think about how to replicate that. I'm really sympathetic. I felt frustrated at every tun on this stuff until I finally got it working pretty well. There are definitely flukes though. it's not windows as we know it to be.
