HI Christina, Those settings for automatically deleting sent messages can be found in the Accounts Tab of Mail Preferences, once you select the relevant mail account and then select the Account Behaviours tab. I used to have this set to delete sent messages after one month, but I ended up changing this as it had some bad consequences. Occasionally I want to refer to an old sent message if I want to decide whether I need to follow up with someone again if they haven't responded to my email, or if I want to forward them proof that I sent an email to them some time ago etcetera. I do, however, try and delete email wherever possible, for instance if I know I won't need to refer to the email ever again. Best, Nic
