Hi, Try saving the document to the Desktop. When you do the cmd-s to Save, press cmd-shift-d to set the save location to the Desktop. Try a longer than 31 character title there. I’m wondering if TextEdit is trying to save your document to iCloud,, and if that could cause this sort of error message. Not sure, just a thought.
