Hello Everyone.

I can only say that VMWare have been very good to me so far.

Although I have the latest Fusion, I have not put Windows on my I Mac.

Last year, I accidentally bought 10 copies of Fusion 5! At that time my basket
said 1. So once I realised that I had bought 10 copies, I was frantic.
Imagine, over 900 pounds.

So I went on to their website and acquired a local number for the UK.

I rang them at 10 in the evening and thought they would be closed. But they
were not.

So I got through to someone and explained everything and they were only too
happy to help.

Once I rang off, they sent me an e-mail and said they would make it a high
priority request due to the amount of money and because as they pointed out,
other customers had had the same problem.

After that, they e-mailed me a few more times to tell me what was happening and
eventually after a few days passed, I called again to ask if there was any
progress.

Soon after that, some one rang me up specially to tell me that my request was
being dealt with and after six business days, my money was returned to me.

So I have been very careful when I purchased Fusion 6.
