Sorry, i am not sure anymore, but i re-pruschaced a book from iTune store right now. iTunes recognized my previous purchase, but i may had to pay one more time. Time will tell since i have not received a payment confirmation yet from iTunes store. Could not find the book in previous purchases or search previous purchases. Not so easy as i thought this. Movies was updated. I guess i have to check iCloud settings some time later.
That was iTunes. Anyway, in app store there should not be a problem to re-download or re-install previous purchases.
