You don't sync audible books from computer to iOS. You download to the phone seperetly
In the audible app make sure clowd is selected and then go to settings. Tap refresh entire library and then the book should show up in the list. Double tap on the book and you will find a download all option. Hope this helps. If you still have trouble I'll write a better description when I'm not so rushed. Danny.
