Apple's accessibility number is: 1 (877) 204-3930 Note that, just as with standard support, you will be asked for your product, serial number, and so on. Just get to a human and explain you have a policy question, not a tech support question, and you should be okay. I have not yet done this - I'm waiting for a response to my email.
