Agreed. Even in Mountain Lion I was getting those all the time. Eventually i 
saw that my system, a low-end Mac Mini, was running with only a couple hundred 
mb of free ram at any given time. I put 8gb in it instead of the stock 2gb and 
have had almost no problems since. The only "busy" messages I get now are in 
Safari (yeah, big shocker there) and sometimes in Mail if I do a text search. 
So, html areas or flat representations thereof seem to be a problem, but aside 
from that all is humming along perfectly.
