Ah, I was beginning to think I might just have to do that. To speak frankly, I think it's high time Apple made the Mac OS function more like the Iphone IOS. One of the things I'd like to see Apple do away with is the concept of interaction. Yeah, I know that sounds strange, but, once you've paired an Apple bluetooth keyboard with an Iphone, you will quickly come to the opinion that it's actually faster not having to interact with stuff, and, in my view, if Apple really wants universal across the board compatibility, they really do need eventially to make a truly seemless experience. Part of that, I think, means they will have to do away with interaction and this alone would help a good deal.
