Hi Krister,

Are you, by any chance, using Windows XP in your virtual machine? I ask because
the Soundblaster PCI card that Fusion uses for audio under XP has a 1 second
recording buffer, which might explain why you're having such high latency. I
had this problem when trying to test GWConnect under a virtual machine running
XP. If you don't want to change the guest operating system just to get the
driver that is used for Vista and later, you can always edit your virtual
machine's configuration (.vmx) file to used the HD audio driver instead.

Hello there,
Does anyone have experience using Station Playlist Studio for broadcasting
using a virtual machine? The reason why i ask is that when i try using it, the
sound can be choppy and worse, i get about a 1 second delay between me speaking
and the sound coming back using a wireless Plantronics headset. Can i at all
decrease the latency or do i have to use a Bootcamp partition to avoid this
problem? How do you who broadcast from a virtual machine with Station Playlist
studio do this? Thankful for any tips.
/Krister
