Hello, I have been able to duplicate the issue of not being able to flick left or right to different elements on the menu screen. I am pretty certain this is caused when you go into view options in the menu, and lower brightness. Even lowering brightness to 90% in the app will cause this. I've been able to duplicate this on my iPad mini and iPhone 5.
