Thanks for the tip. I just tried this but it didn't work for me. I was in Preview, had interacted with the text, had Quick Nav on and set to Navigation. Shift with any arrow key just got that blank dong sound meaning there's nowhere to go.
Did you mean shift with arrow keys while QuickNav was on or off? On which router setting?
