I wrote and deleted 7 replies to a few of these messages as I was literally seeing red! I don't holly agree with you but will say so much as I totally disagree with the blinkered attitude that a minuscule minority group writing letters will change industry heads minds despite the profit loss incurred. They know about us and not only don't care, they spend money and loyers on putting up as many road blocks as they can to providing what should be a simple feature to there programming. It takes bigger bullies such as governments to make them do anything like being access equal to all there customers.
As for the fact that the entire blind community isn't the US, that's another kettle of fish entirely. In Australia, we had a trial of audio description for some programs and that's it.
