You see, Chris, there are two ways to approach the situation. You can voice your complaints in a simple and direct manner and state your opinion, as Ray has done below, or you can go on a five message rant implying foul language in your responses to make your points. No one, including myself, ever claimed the system was perfect or that there weren't problems. It's a matter of using tact and not cluttering the list with multiple complaints in dramatic soap opera style that have been clearly made once. I think we all get it. You are unhappy about it.
