Correct me if I'm wrong, Torrance themselves are not illegal. It is just what is contained in the torrent file you are downloading. Additionally, with the usage of proxy servers, virtual private networks, and magnet links. It is relatively difficult to track an individual downloading software, music, and movies a fire tour.
