Hello Harry,

Navigon is accessible and does what any GPS app designed for sighted users
would do. It gives turn by turn directions. However, it doesn't tell you
what streets you're crossing and such like, so you can go a long time
without hearing from Navigon. By the way, when setting it up, you have to
make sure you select pedestrian mode with spoken instructions, or something
along those lines, not just pedestrian mode.

Navigon does have a Direct Help facility, but it's much easier just to have
Ariadne keeping you informed as to where you are at regular intervals.

Cheers,

Anne
