Hi,

The easiest way to import them into a separate list would be to create a Smart 
Playlist that add items according to Kind.  That is, when you create the Smart 
Playlist, create it to match the Kind to be MPEG.  You will still have 
duplicates in your main Music Library but the playlists will remain 
discriminated.
