Hello Harry, To edit the contents of a cell, press the space bar. In the case of menus, this will bring up the menu.
To rename the table, go to the Sheets table, interact with it and navigate to the one you want to rename. Bring the mouse and double click using the trackpad, then type the new name and press Return.
