The paging keys are just the arrow keys with the Function key added. So
function+up/down is page up/down while function+left is home and
function+right is end.
Are you asking about how to type bullets or how to make a bulleted list.
I don't use Pages all that much but generally typing Option+8 make a
bullet character.
