Matthew: Thank you for your input. I have performed those procedures correctly. Perhaps my previous post was not clear. When I use the correct settings for either USB or Bluetooth connection, the Brailliant is not producing braille output. In bluetooth, a serial port is created when the Brailliant is paired. The status appears to be paired but not connected. The MacBook Air recognizes the Brailliant as a "computer".
