Well, do yourself a huge favor Kirsten.  DO NOT; I repeat, DO NOT, try to learn 
it all at once.  It just aint gonna happen.  It took me a couple of weeks to 
get my head around it.  Here's a site where you'll find a lot of way cool Mac 
pod casts done by Mike Arigo.

www.blindcooltech.com
and search for "Mac Demo".

Do this search using VO+f.  Thereafter, VO+g will find every other ocurrance 
for you.

To download a file from the site to your downloads folder, just use 
Option+return.  By return, I mean the key on your keyboard just to the right of 
the colon key.
