Hi Guys. Since I'm so new to the Mac, I was reluctant to say anything about this. However, I was everlastingly glad I had Apple Care on my iPhone. I was out of town in Reno this summer when my iPhone decided to stop talking. I had to go to the only store in town because the lady on Apple Care told me I might have to replace or restore my phone. As it turned out, the Apple rep person fixed it in about a minute. The problem was that I couldn't read the screen, of course, and the sighted girl helping me talk to the Apple lady on the phone didn't know much more than me.
