Hi Donna, First, it will be F12, not F11, and depending on your keyboard settings you may or may not need to press the FN key as well. I've found that the Dashboard reacts much slower than it did in SL so it usually opens within about 2 seconds. Some widgets, like the Weather widget are very accessible yet there are others like the Flight Status widget that still need some work. You'll need to figure out which ones work for you and which ones are at all important to you as well.
