Hello Johnny: Congratulations on the new purchase. You will love it and this list will provide you with the best support if and when you need it.
The most predictable way to shut it down at first is: 1. Hold down the VO keys plus the letter M. The VO keys are the control and option keys. 2. You should hear the machine say apple. If that happens use the down arrow key until you hear shut down. 3. Press enter. 4. You may hear your machine mention authentication. Press the tab key and then you should hear the machine say shut down button. Press enter again and that should do it. Please let us know if that helps. Take good care and I wish you enough. On Jul 5, 2011, at 9:31 PM, Cakes wrote: > Hi folks, > > Well I finally got my MBP.
