Chris: Settle Down! Step away from the computer! Warning Warning! You're trying to do everything at once. When you're in a call, you can hit command shift h, which us in theory supposed to hang up the call. If it doesn't, press command-w to close the window. This will bring up a dialog asking if you want to end the call. Vo right arrow to end call, and select it with vo space.
If you take your time a little and don't try to do this all in a week, it'll be a lot easier and less frustrating for you, imho. Also, Take some time to explore the various menus. they'll tell you all kinds of good info about how to make things happen. Good luck.
