I would expect that a 3-4 line apple script should be able to do this, though I 
have a version of Audio HiJact that is at least 4 years old, and I don't know 
if the Objects would be the same.

If you can set up a applescript it could probably do all the functions of 
answering the call and getting  the HiJack started...
