Hi all the best way to handle this!! is first VO n and you’ll hear apple care 
then down arrow once press down arrow once and enter then VO command spacebar 
then you hear except then VO right to agree then the screen should be seen by 
apple. VO o just seems to open the notifications that are already there,  not 
the new one you’ve got.
