The Applecare person said to use VO-O, and while that opened the
Notifications Center, there was nothing in there.

Did you try checking the notifications? I haven't responded to this
kind of request, so I'm just guessing, but the notification list is a
common place for this kind of information - and there's usually a
control you can use to accept it.

I've been a Mac user for fifteen years, but just can't seem to get
this one right. If an Apple support person wants to access my screen,
I receive the share request but somehow can never find it. Of course,
the fact that it doesn't stay on the system for more than fifteen
seconds isn't helping, but the real problem is just finding where it
is so I can respond to it. What's the trick? I've tried both the
Application and Window Choosers, but with no satisfaction. Any tips
or techniques greatly appreciated.
