Hello All, This is my first non-homebutton phone. I have an iPhone 17, and I like it for the most part, except that I am still having trouble with Face ID after two weeks. I do have two prosthetic eyes, and they do not open reliably. I do have attention aware turned off. Here is my question. I believe I have my face positioned correctly; but I often hear ‘face not recognized’. Should I try resetting the face ID? The Apple store tech said that there is nothing wrong with my phone, and I have updated the software to 26.01. Anything else I should try? Thanks in advance. Best Regards, Suzanne Erb
