I've just done a little scouting around. And I was wrong. RNIB actually have offered training days for agencies, people with a VI and parents of children who are have VI children. They also list the IPhone on their accessible phones list. I guess the information has not filtered across to their organisation who carries out the support. So I guess they acknowledge the fact but don't shout about it.
