No Finder issues of any kind here on Ventura 13.2. I use external
drives but no powered hubs now. I use Time Machine and a third party
backup program.
With NOTHING connected to the ports, are you still having problems?
Exactly what is the Finder doing?

Hi. I am having continued problems with the Finder on my Mac, which I just
updated to 13. Whatever. I have had two hard discs that I used for Time
Machine go bad for some reason. But also, even when I can see the files in my
Finder, I can’t do much from there and can’t even get to the menu bar from
there. What has happened to the Finder? Are other people having weird
behavior with the finder in these later versions of Ventura while using
VoiceOver? I thought that I just had a problem with a bad disc drive, a bad
cable, a bad hub, or something like that, but I also seem to have problems with
the Finder that I can’t blame on these other things. Can anybody tell me
anything that will help? Have I just lost my mind? Always a possibility.
Thanks for any help.
