Thanks for these suggestions. Dave, it’s more like an uneducated set of staff. Even the supervisor I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. I’ll return to them with proof of disability from a doctor along with their own postal code for free matter and give it another try. Its a big package of braille books so unsure where to discreetly slip it without having to go through the uninformed postal officer’s.
