Hi, Maybe I'm confused by the wording of the question, but Safari does not need to be open, nor do you need to configure any settings while in the Safari app. Everything is set while in the Activities pane of VO Utility. Set the parameters you want all from the available items in the Activity creation settings area including the application to apply these settings to. The system will automatically apply the given settings whenever you open Safari, or whatever app you set when configuring the activity.
