Hi, Anyone who has eyes that work. Basically, it's just an item in one of the corners of the screen that they click on and the WiFi network choices will appear. Select the WiFi network you want to connect to, enter the SSID password, and you're good to go.

Otherwise, you will need sighted assistance to connect to the WiFi network. It's quick and easy. As long as the power is off first, and if you have Internet access, the Internet Recovery method will start up your Mac every time. If your MBA is fried, in the sense of logic board issues orWiFi card issues, then it will not. If it is a problem with the drive, in any manner, Internet Recovery will still work. Later...
