Hi there,

I have an interesting/odd WIFI issue that one of the gurus may be able to
solve here.

>From time to time, I am unable to join my Wireless network as, even though I
>have instructed my device to remember the network/password in my Keychain, it
>prompts me for a password. When this happens, I type in the password and it
>tells me I am wrong—I know I’m not—and denies me access.

Today, when I was prompted for the password, I noticed a hint telling me to
enter in exactly 64 hexadecimal characters. So, my question is, where is this
setting for the Airport Extreme or Airport Time Capsule in the latest Airport
Utility? I’ve never seen an option to switch between a pass key or phrase and
a hexadecimal value.

Thx,
Jeff
