Hi,

One thing you have to realize about Webkit is that, when using it, it uses all
your Safari bookmarks, settings, etc. It will look just like Safari, but some
things may work better or worse. You have to click on Webkit and open it before
it will actually use the latest Webkit. What I have done is put Webkit on the
dock. Of course, running Safari might make a difference from you. It seems to
have certain effects on certain configurations. For some people it works great,
and some people think it's a pain. You installed it the way you're supposed to.
Webkit isn't necessary to go on the internet, though. Webkit might just work
better on certain websites such as Ebay, or it might work worse than the
original Safari.

If you're wanting a quick toggle for DOM and Group view, go to the VoiceOver
Utility and hit C for Commanders when in the utilities category table. VO-right
until you hear Keyboard, and VO-Space to select it.

Vo-right again until you find the "Enable Keyboard COmmander" checkbox and
check it, then VO-Right and select which option key you would like to use.
Next, you should find, if you VO-Right, a "Keyboard Commander" table. This is
where all your commands will show up.
Click the "Add" button.
When you click that button, you will end up in an edit field that says "Blank".
Enter the letter you would like to use, and VO-Right once and you should have
focus on a menu button. VO-Space on that button, and you will enter a menu.
Here, you will have different categories for the certain commands available to
you for quick toggling and so-forth. Hit W for the Web submenu, and right arrow
once to enter this menu.
Hit up arrow once and you should hear "Toggle Web Navigation DOM or Group". Hit
Enter.

You're all done. Now, you can stop interacting with the table It will
automatically interact with the table when you're done with adding a command.

Good luck.

As for getting to an edit field quickly, Option-Tab seems to toggle between
certain controls if you have that option set. IF not, do the following:

1. Open up your browser. This applies to Safari or Webkit.
2. Hit Command-Comma for preferences, and click the "Advanced" button.
3. Check the box that says "Press tab to highlight each item on a web-page".
Now you can use Option-Tab to highlight all items except links.

Concerning selecting on web-pages. I've found this to be incredibly unstable,
actually. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The majority of the time I
use it, it never works. So I've never bothered. At least, I don't anymore.

Regards,
Nic
