Hi Matt, One example would be PDF files. I use JAWS which allows me to move through the PDF with arrows or other quick navigation commands, select and copy chunks of text, and often see how the PDF file is marked up (e.g. headings). One can also fill out accessible PDF forms in the same way that one would fill out forms on the internet.
There are also still a few times when I fall back to JAWS and Internet Explorer for web browsing. For example, I have JAWS set up to change the voice when reading quoted text on some discussion groups. Via Flexible Web, I’ve also set it up to jump me straight to the first new post when I open up a discussion topic, and to hide whole elements that I’m not interested in so that the layout on these discussion groups is much simplified. That’s all I can think of for the moment. I use OS X to accomplish almost all of my other personal tasks. But I love that I have access to both operating systems, and indeed I think it’s one of the most compelling aspects of the Mac! > On Dec 27, 2015, at 10:31 AM, Matthew Dierckens <matt.dierck...@me.com> wrote: > > I'm just curious to know what apps you use on windows that you can't use on > the Mac?
