Hi, No, I do not need his e-mail.
It seems I lost what I wrote to reply after trying William, so I'll try again. Generally, William didn't actually crash anything. William was pretty snappy, just like the Infovox voices. However, when surfing with Safari and using other applications, I occasionally lost all speech though I could still hear the VoiceOver sounds. That seemed to be the biggest issue. Also, what is weird, is that at first, it kept switching back to Alex when switching to William in the Voice box in the VoiceOver Utility. It took a bit of patience and some effort to make it switch and actually keep using the voice. Also, worth noting is that apparently you cannot change to the William voice by choosing the speech attribute with VO-Right/Left and using VO-Up/Down to cycle between available voices. At least, I had no luck with that. The quality is not very good, and William can be difficult to understand. Even with the VoiceOver volume on one hundred percent, you still have to turn the Macintosh volume up quite a bit. It definitely doesn't sound very clear. I expected better quality. In short, I definitely do not think it's anywhere worth its current price. A lot of things could be improved, but that's to be expected, of course.
