If I'm on text edit or pages, arrow down jumps to the extras menu, but if I vo arrow down it stays where it should and moves properly. Chris even if we solve this issue, the problem is bigger then that because the mac won't let me whipe the drive clean. That's why the agent made the genious appointment, she's concerned why the osx won't reinstall.
