Hello everyone, A friend of mine has bought Abbyy FineReader so I had a chance to try it. It does a very good job and doesn't have the restriction to 50 pages that Readiris has.
I tested it in both English and French. FineReader doesn't recognise my friend's scanner so he has to use VueScan to get the images. Also, FineReader is cheaper than Readiris and is easy to install and register.
