Hi Alex, I commend you. I can create an accessible form with Word 2010 or 2013, but I have stayed away from Pages. In Word, the developer's tab needs to be activated. Is there something equal to that in Pages? This is something that I would do on the PC side and save it as a DOCX file access on the Mac side.
