Hi, The issue with that is that in order to find the answer to a question posed is that you then have to wade through god knows how many emails to find any replies. Again, not very efficient. By grouping a conversation you can quickly get to any responses that may or may not be relevant. I would not even consider trying to parse messages on a list as busy as this without grouping.
