Hey, First of all, i'm sorry for asking so many stupid and probably obvious questions. I shouldn't be needing to do that since i've owned a Mac for at least 6 years, but then again i haven't done a clean install ever so it's probably high time to do it.:-) Anyway my question now is as follows: I don't have a thumb drive that big, but i happen to have an external smallish hard drive that can work on USB would that work and if so, what's the steps to make an installer on that hard drive? /Krister
