Hi,

Is it saying that it can't be opened because it's from an unidentified 
developer, or that it can't run the installer because you need to quit some 
running Flash app.  If it's the former, when you go to open the Install Flash 
app, use VO-shift-m to bring up the Contextual menu and choose Open from there. 
 If the latter, then you'll need to go into the Activity Monitor within your 
Utilities folder, and locate the "FlashBridge-Cross-Platform" activity.  Select 
it and quit the process in order for the installer to continue.
